Aimee the radiologist was rough putting canula in. Banged into me. Kept bashing my hand. During scan the canula was pulling and eventually was ripped out. I had no idea what was going on. All had to be replaced in other arm. Did not feel looked after at all. Another member of staff took over who was better.

Great service and clear instructions from Sarah Joyce, I know exactly what I need to do to look after my injury the video clip is also amazing for reference and reminding of what to do correctly. Very pleasant chat and Sarah is a credit to the NHS and the team she works with.
